Application:

Function:

When this universal testing machine can be equipped with matched clamps, then it can test the tensile strength, compression strength, bending strength, bonding strength, tearing strength etc.

 

Character:

1. This testing machine adopts the double columns structure, more stable. It is electronic loading, adopts servo motor, has high precision and stable property.

2. It is open-loop control, you need to input test info. and choose test parameter by key button on the digital meter.it just has one test speed, constant displacement 0.05-500mm/min.

3. During the test process, the LCD screen always displays test force, force peak, displacement, deformation, test speed, running status etc. 

4. When the specimen is broken, the machine can automatically stop. When the test force reaches the force that you set up, you can stop it by yourself. 

5. After finishing the test, you can save the test data and print the test result by external printer.

 

Security:

For security, we install the limit device and emergency stop button.

Besides when overload occurs, the testing machine will stop automatically.
